About the director

Todd is a stop motion director (and set designer/prop stylist) in Los Angeles who creates playful, purposeful shorts. He and his partner together are Public Service Announcement, a stop motion creative studio from a married duo. We make narrative, educational, and advertising stop motion content with purpose (and play). Our eye-popping shorts have something to say.
