Yago Casariego and Miguel Tresguerres meet at university and soon begin their path in the world of cinema, collaborating on different projects. They did not always co-direct, in films such as “The Best Prize is Sharing it” (2018), Yago directs a scathing satire of Christmas advertising while Miguel is in charge of the photography. In “No Cuelgues” (2018) or “El Plato Principal” (2019), Miguel directs and Yago plays the leading role and takes care of the editing.

“A Cold Night” is his latest short film. On this occasion, they enter the genre of drama through an intimate and social story; all framed in the context of the early 2021 pandemic.
