Film Festival Sponsorships – Center for Social and Economic Justice

Sponsorships

The Film Festival presents films made by independent film makers who are affirming labor and other human rights and advocating for social and economic justice. The festival showcases works that challenge exploitative and oppressive social and economic systems and promote a local, national and global culture of racial and economic equality.

Proceeds from the festival help fund the Center for Social and Economic Justice. The Center, a project of the Alliance of Social and Economic Justice, provides workshops using popular educational techniques to develop the leadership of low-wage and immigrant workers fighting justice, equality and sustainability, and teaches them skills to take collective action for self-determination.

We encourage unions, community organizations, local businesses, foundations, and individuals to support the Film Festival as sponsors at the following levels:

$10,000 – REVOLUTIONARY – Recognition of the contribution along with your union’s or organization’s logo featured in promotional materials, on our festival brochure’s sponsorship page, the event program, in the acknowledgement of our sponsors during the festival, and by special video appearances or tribute in the event. Thirty all-day film festival passes are included.
$5,000 – EMANCIPATOR – Your union’s or organization’s logo featured in promotional materials, on our festival brochure’s sponsorship page, and in the event program. And be included in the acknowledgement of our sponsors during the festival. Twenty all-day passes are included.
$1,000 – FREEDOM FIGHTER – The name of the logo of your union or organization will be displayed in promotional materials, listed in the program and included in the acknowledgement of our sponsors during the festival. Fifteen passes included.
$500 – AGITATOR – Included in the program and in the acknowledgement of our sponsors during the festival. Ten passes included.
$250 – STRIKER – Included in the program and in the acknowledgement of our sponsors during the festival. Five passes included.
$100 – UNITER – Included in the program and in the acknowledgement of our sponsors during the festival. Two passes included.

You can make a contribution online on our website, PayPal, or make a check to the Alliance for Social and Economic Justice and mail it to 2973 16th St. Ste. 300, San Francisco CA, 94103. Make note that the donation is for the film festival. All donations are tax-deductible.
