Tab Buckner has acted in, directed and produced plays at small theatre companies in his native New  York City. As a San Francisco LGBTQ activist, he has spent many years participating in socio-economic and environmental justice movements. He is currently on the steering committee of Coalition for a Complete Community that is working for diversity, affordable housing, and on-site services in the  Haight-Ashbury neighborhood.
