Edison is 38 years old. Originally from Colombia, he studied at the University of Santa Martha where he obtained a scholarship for the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies (2005-2007). During that time he had the main role in the short film CARRO BOMBA and he directed the short films: SOFIA (fiction) and DIA GRANDE (documentary). Edison has also been cameraman in some projects and he has produced the documentary TERRITORIO in Colombia, Ecuator, Peru. Chile and Argentina.

Protagonizó el cortometraje ficción CARRO BOMBA y dirigió los cortometrajes SOFIA (Ficción) y DÍA GRANDE (Documental); y la Corporación Unificada Nacional CUN en Bogotá (2008). Técnico de iluminación en TECNICINE de Colombia (2008- 2010), asistente de iluminación para cine, tv y publicidad. Gaffer de “El Call” y “Sangrado corazón”, camarógrafo en “Las muñecas de Juana no tiene ojos” (cortos académicos). Con el proyecto “Road Movie Suramerica” dirigió los documentales en cortometraje “GOTSEZHI” (2010), “ZIO BAIN” (2011) y PROCESOS ALTERNOS (2015), Produjo el cortometraje “DIA GRANDE” (2011) y desarrolla el largometraje documental “TERRITORIO” en Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Chile y Argentina
